Disappointing HP Purchase

My company just order 8 new Windows 7 PCs from HP and the experience has been very disappointing.  Latest issue is no tracking number.

It’s a shame, I order a special birthday candle earlier this week and the “simple” task of notifying when received by UPS and then a follow up email of when delivered was all automated and very nice.  But buying computers from a major PC manufacturer isn’t?
