My company has multiple contacts lists in Public Folders and SharePoint lists and I’ve been researching my new Win 7 machine, how do I search contacts, all contacts? It seemed like a Library was the new concept, but nope you can only index Folders and Files.
So I just did a start and search for some names I new were contacts, and it worked, pretty cool!
After opening up my contact I then tried the Map button, which I’ve never really used, and it didn’t work. So I left, started this post, tried, still didn’t work, closed, re-opened, tried again it worked. Could be a PBCAC but I don’t think so.
